D&D 4E Looking for info on the 4E Psion (preview)

At work and I can't access the WotC website from here.

Can someone give me a run down on the 4E Psion. What builds, class features and At-Wills do they have? I'm not looking for a copy/paste, just a general idea of what they are and what they do.

If anyone can provide, much appreciated!

The only build available is the telepath build int/cha. With that build they get two encounter powers they can use Send Thoughts(send/receive mental message) and Distract(target grants CA to next attack).

The at-will are to numerous to list, but they ranged and area attacks, except for one close blast. The telepath seems to focus on penalties, action denying conditions and frocing the enemy to attack there own allies.

the at-wills are so numerous 'cause psions don't get normal encounter powers. Their at-wills can be augmented with power points for greater effect. I don't recall off the top of my head how many they get.

I take it you don't have D&DI subscription? The Compendium seems to be working.

There's a power that makes your foes attack one another, and a power that does some damage and lowers the foe's defenses for a bit.
