Looking for (modern) Spaceship floor plans

Basically what the title says. They can be from any source, so long as they are reasonably like futuristic space ships. Bigger is better but I need small ships too. Ideally semi-realistic (they have things like toilets and sleeping quarters or even maintenance shafts).
Outside pictures of ships are OK, but inside are what I’m focused on.

They will be for a D20 Future game set on a fleet of various ships (similar, setting wise, to the new Battlestar Gallactica)

The only ones I’ve managed to think of so far are from the game System Shock 2.

Any other ideas?

You didn't say whether you wanted free or bought But we have a bunch of starship designs on RPGNow and ENWorld Game Shop which are reasonably priced and fairly comprehensive

I was going to recommend Skeleton Key and Ronin Arts collaberative products, really cool. Although unfortunately due to how the line up not as flexible as you first think.

I think you'll see some new sets in 2006 that make the existing sets more flexible.
