Message: <blockquote data-quote="Mordane76" data-source="post: 849003" data-attributes="member: 7172">I understand your concern, and I can see where this looks like a bad situation all around.  Deep down, I agree with you -- talking isn't probably going to solve this.  It would be nice if Tsyr and his DM could reach a private consensus on what changes could be made or slowly worked into the character so that both parties are satisified with the results, but I doubt such a perfect solution will happen.  A lot of people have said that Tsyr should let this guy have it with the tools the DM inadvertently provided, and perhaps Tsyr should try diplomacy one more time, and if it doesn't work... then become the scourge of his homebrew world.  You're effectively immortal, you have high social skills -- drop the Shaman, take levels in Rogue and Sorcerer, make sure you up your Intimidate and Bluff through the roof.  Work towards Assassin or Blackguard, and swear allegiance to the Dark Forces of his world for power.  Bargain for powers to offset the curses you've been given -- become the classic anti-hero, and hope for one day to be able to play a redemption character.  Maybe he'll see fit to change his tune about allowing you redemption after you sacrifice one or two of the other PCs to some dark god... <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f600.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D"  data-smilie="8"data-shortname=":D" /></blockquote>
