Try <a href="http://images.google.com/">Google's image search</a>. I searched using "griffon rider" and "gryphon rider" (minus the quotes) and turned up several images that might be of use to you.

I've got an elven female griffin rider sitting around, not in use now that it seems Asgard 8's not coming out. Not what you're looking for, I guess, and probably something I'd charge money for these days. Still, it's here and it's unique.

(And how many ways are there to spell griffin/griffon/gryphon, anyways? Makes web searching real hard.)
