Looking for some magic items to increase one's fly speed.

One of a PC in my current campaign just got wings (Dragon Disciple). And I am wondering if I can drop some magic item which can increase his fly speed. Do you know some of such items in 3.5e books?

You could drop a custom magic item that grants the user the ability to cast Cloud Wings (+30 fly speed) or you could have an item that grants Haste.

The Air Heritage feat (Requires you to be tied to the elemental plane of air) and Improved Speed (Requires dragon type) would improve speed.
