Okay, this pretty much answered my question (along with the unquoted section where you tell folks to contact Liza directly if they want you carry those products. From the combination I am gathering that you are locked into Alliance, but not with exclusitivity, meaning that you can carry other products as well even though you apparently (from your comments) have to make special deals with those companies.

I would expect nothing less than multiple shipping options, however, saying that you have worked hard to streamline fulfillment does not answer the question of whether or not Paizo ships products themselves or if it is done by the distributor? Although you streamlining comment does indicate that you are not order products as you receive orders. Your previous comments also make me wonder about how shipping will work from third party publishers who have to make seperate deals with you for you to carry their products.

Our goal, however, is to provide PDF versions from other manufacturers We are still working out the details of that possible arrangement internally.

Ok, that answers part of my question, but does not answer the part about DRM. Will Paizo be using DRM on products or not?

I placed an order for Dungeon 117, and will be getting a subscription soon. The online store, for lack of a better term, made it easier.
