Loooking for gladiator character advice

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on gladiators. I was asked to join a tournament with XP,s gained strictly through fighting. The only classes allowed are barbarian, fighter or monk. All fights will take place inside the gladiator arena. It will be a 32 point system buy and everyone starts at 3rd level. I would really appreciate any ideas...Thanks

If your DM will allow you a work around for the alignment issue

Barbarian 2 /Monk 1

perhaps your char started out as a N barbarian, but found "enlightenment"and order through the monks teachings later and became LN. He still occasionaly rages and thus gets himself in trouble ( prisioner - why he's fighting gladiators? )DM moght allow this as you will only progess as a monk now (?) doesn't hurt to try...

Load heavy on STR/DEX/WIS whats left on CON

Great HP: ( should be around 30! )

AC bonus' for DEX AND WIS ( no armor though )

unarmed strike and stunning attack

good movement

For you to pull this off, the DM will also have to house rule away the restriction that a barbarian who turns lawful loses the ability to rage.
