I suggest we keep our distance and follow him back to his master."</em></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">Out into the darkness, Thorn pads down the wet cobblestone streets, catching up to a group of drunken party-goers and managing to duck behind them before being noticed.</span></p><p> </p><p> <span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">Zharne Follows Thorn out through the door and replies, <span style="color: #999999">"yes, I agree with Thorn here, lets ambush him</span>" and then he looks see if he could spot the bearded man outside. He spots the man a ways down the street, walking at a quick pace away from the Toothless gator and further towards the warehouse section.</span></p><p> </p><p> <span style="color: #ff99cc"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">"We cannot easily follow him"</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"> Minharath speaks at an almost inaudibly low volume, but is heard clearly by the other members of the group. <span style="color: #ff99cc">"We would be too conspicuous. I dislike the open use of mean force, however. Let us spread out, always stay within sight of at least 2 others. Follow him only as closely as you must. When he notices us, he will attempt to prevent our following him. The moment that happens, we must surround him."</span> Here Minharath gives instructions with simple gestures, creating a sort of net, in the following pattern: Jehad Thorn Minharath Zharne Gloom Gellan. Though it's a rough line, it's not following each other, but rather side by side, with some space between us. If your description and skill choice fit the challenge it will be against the Primary DC. If it seems like a stretch to me, then it will be against a higher DC (the stranger the attempt, the higher the DC).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">· If the player gives a particularly good description or role</span><span style="font-family: 'PMingLiU'">‐</span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">plays well, I can give him a +2 (or more) to the skill check.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">· Not all characters will be built for all challenges.
