Lords of Madness Cases from Augie's.

Has anyone received their Lords of Madness cases from Augie's? I ordered mine a while ago, and it still hasn't arrived. How long do things normally take to enter your domain after they are shipped? I hate waiting for packages...

One guy I game with also ordered his and is still awaiting them. My SO pre-ordered a couple of cases for my b-day from Popular Collections she said and I have yet to get them too. Remember that they were "released" Tuesday and ground shipping is not next day, or even two day. It generally takes a few days. I sent a package from Minneapolis to Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday and it was out for delivery yesterday.

Yes, waiting sucks. This is another example of why it's good to work on your negotiating skills with your FLGS so you can pick them up the day they release (which is my preferred method).

Having never had a problem with Auggies in the past, the most agonizing part was the waiting for the UPS truck, so I feel your pain.

Auggies has always gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service in my experience, so it's probably just the mad rush to ship hundreds of cases out.

I preordered a complete set from Auggies and got them yesterday. The set looks great, btw.

I ordered through Auggies and I was sent a shipment confirmation email on Tuesday. It looks like mine are still on the way (gone through Memphis yesterday). I'm looking forward to getting my complete set. I would think that you would get an email once they've shipped.
