There is indeed a link between Juiblix and Ghaunadaur... in the Forgotten Realms, Juiblix is sometimes considered an aspect or avatar of Ghaunadaur. Whether this is actually true is up to interpretation, but if they are separate entities, Ghaunadaur would be the more powerful, as it is a deity instead of just a demon lord like Juiblix. Now, Tharizdun is certainly a deity independent of the above two, and is probably older than both (and probably more powerful than Ghaunadaur too). Tharizdun created the Abyss by plunging the Seed of Evil into the Elemental Chaos, and it is this first contact reaction of chaos and evil that spawned the infection that is Juiblix (making it the oldest of the Demon Lords). Tharizdun of course makes the above far more confusing by often masquerading as other gods to achieve its goals (which are all variations of SET ME FREE). So one of Ghaunadaur's titles, the Elder Eye, is quite similar to one of Tharizdun's pseudonyms, the Elder Elemental Eye. So if you want to make a tripartite faction, it is probably best to make Tharizdun the true big bad god behind the curtain, as of the three it is the most active in the material plane. Considering how good Tharizdun is at manipulating various cults that are completely unrelated to its own portfolio, it makes the most sense to manipulate worshippers of either Ghaunadaur or Juiblix. I'll add, none of the three are actually that related to the Far Realm. There are some hints that Ghaunadaur was, but it is no longer. All three are much more closely tied to the Abyss, and various demons (and old demons, like Obyriths). If you really need something tied to the Far Realm, I would look at a different selection of gods.
