[LORE RPG] Critique this set of mechanics

Hi All!

I am writing a Fantasy RPG that is a mix in 'feel' of Ars Magica, Dragon Warriors, Harn and maybe even a bit of Pendragon thrown in.

Now we come to the mechanics! Those resemble nothing found in any of those games and I wanted to gather some opinions on them.
