Loss of Hand/Limb

In our game session tonight one my party members has lost a hand to a "Big, Bad Wolf" from Octavariate Games.

Are there any rules out there core or non-core on the loss of limbs/hands and what penalties may apply.

I look through Ronin Arts stuff because Phillip and Michael have seemed to write something on everything but they don't have "A Dozen Serious Injuries" yet...

Any Ideas where to look?

There you'll find options and variants (and several new feats) and rules for attacking and severing limbs and the corresponding hp loss.
