Lorn silently considers the woman's questions for a short while before finally speaking up. Let me see if i can answer some of your questions, last to first. It's the same as the others, just the details differ. My unit ran into a Karrnathi patrol, he shuddered at the thought, one of the bad ones, already dead and still fighting. They'd come across the border, caught us by surprise. They were cutting us down like wheat and when...when my time should have come there was a flash like lightning and here I was. The strangest part though is that besides being displaced in space which is conceivable on some level, some of these individuals have seemingly been displaced in time as well. I am at a loss for any explanation as to that. Of course none of that matters if we can't deal with the pressing situation right in front of us, the fact that we're stuck on an island full of all manner of abominations trying to kill us. So to answer your other questions, there's plenty of wood from the look of that jungle, but I'm not sure if any of it is suitable timber for repairing a ship. We haven't been able to determine where we are, if such is even possible. The landscape here is...rather mutable. The one thing, the only thing really, that we do know that one of these undead creatures mentioned a master. Now having said all that, I am eager to hear what you might have to say about all of this. Though the very notion that you have answers raises more than a few more questions... [sblock=ooc] I'm a slow typist, pretend this post is before EvolutionKB's last post. :) [/sblock]
