'Loths, many and varied

I'm about to start up a new campaign where outsiders will play a important part, and I thought I might use Yugoloths as the dangerous evil outsiders. Then I looked again at WoTC's conversions of them in the MM 2&3 and groaned. They are not on the level of the other Fiend races, and the scales of the CRs are out of whack. The Ultraloth is weaker then the Arcanaloth, and far weaker then the other top-tier fiends.

I know somebody did a conversion of the Yugoloths that had a little more punch to them, so does anybody know where that thread is or where I can find myself a boatload of Loths?

I used 'loths as the major antagonists in my last campaign (1st storyhour), and while in some ways the WotC 3e/3.5 conversions left many things to be desired, it wasn't a problem that couldn't be fixed.

I tended to slightly bump arcanaloth hitpoints, give racial spellcaster or psion levels to Ultroloths (and give them back some of their 2e spell-like abilities that 3e omitted). About the only 'loth that I never tinked with, gave extra abilities, or gave class levels to, were mezzoloths.

3.x Arcanaloths stronger than Ultroloths...

Where do you think I got the inspiration to use them as one of the Villans in the game? :D

I knew somebody had done a better conversion that included more powers and utilities then the initial conversion, saving me the effort if I could help it.
