Lou Zocchi, of Game Science Dice fame, is visiting Games Plus tomorrow evening, Sept. 29. He will be giving demos of his Star Fleet Battle Manual.

I got both of my gaming groups to switch to Gamescience dice. Lou's videos helped (and the fact that I traded some D&D miniatures for a huge pile of $$ which I promptly blew on $200 worth of GS dice for my groups!). Everyone seems to love them - they look so awesome and even the perennial bad roller got 2 crits! (and a few misses). Lou should get some kind of humanitarian award for finally ending this guys misery (he had 2 d20s that could never, and I honestly mean never, roll a 20 unless he rolled them together - he got a few that way but way, way fewer than he should).

I hope to get to Gen Con next year to meet the man myself.
