Lowest Outsider / Elemental LA

I'm looking for a race or template that is an outsider and has an LA of either +0 (not likely) or +1. I erroneously assumed you could summon extraplanar creatures via the Planar Ally spells, and recently ound out I was wrong.

So far the only +1 LA template I've seen is the Ghostwalk Ghost (house ruled to +1 LA when not in that setting). Anybody have anything that is'nt incorporeal? A really big con modifier would be nice too, bt if tis a template that doen't really matter.

The game its for only allows WotC sources (non-negotiable).

Hey, that's wierd.

And even if celestial WAS LA +2, it doesn't make outsiders, just extraplanar creatures.

So the answer is no, but thanks for pointing that out. BTW, why do you want LA? If you're looking for creatures to call with planar ally, then you can summon a hlaf-celestial or half fiendish what ever and it will be an outsider.

Aasimar and tiefling are native outsiders with a +1 LA.

[tangent] Though personally, I think I'd prefer the planetouched to be Humanoid [extraplanar], like the githzerai/yanki.[/tangent]

I'd prefer a template if its out there.

I need LA because of a house rule that applies an ally's LA from templates as hit dice. Its an arena game, so the player pretty much chooses what he gets rather than making a request and having the DM respond to it. The LA = HD rule prevents Half-dragon half-fiend half-illithid insectile feral multiheaded stuff from being called because it only has 18 hit dice.
