Taking 10 I think he can reach a height of DC 24, which is apx 6ft? Enough to reach the ledge and scramble up? How much of his movement would this take? Also what would the situation be for dropping down the other side of the building? Falling rules? Given he can stretch down 15 ft, does that make the fall distance 10 ft?
