Nuclear - in a word - no. Haven d20 is a d20 modern product, with no leftovers of the Top Secret First Edition feel of classic Haven. I picked up Haven this summer (I used to boycott LPJ's stuff on principle because of the amount of spam I received from him over the years because of my CyberPunk website), and was pleasantly surprised. In fact, I loved it - I'm a HUGE fan of Top Secret (not that Top Secret/S.I. travesty) and Louis has a -VISION- that stands out throughout the product that made me excited again, and wanting to play it. Except of course that my gaming group like d20 and HATE Top Secret, and Haven was really a simplified version of Top Secret at heart. Hell, I finally stopped boycotting LPJDesign after getting these books, and started talking to Louis directly about the setting and material. Now, the d20 edition lacks the heavy-handed and moody graphic design of the original, but the writing style is a lot clearer (Chuck writes much clearer rules than Louis), and the graphic design is still good, if not as moody, dark and over-the-top as the graphic design in the original. The book is a reissue of the original edition, but d20, in most respects other than graphic design. The setting is the core of the book, not the mechanics.
