Since so many people have written me over the writing position for Haven: City of Violence D20, I thought I was better to send out a mass answer e-mail to everyone and answer several general question and give you some more info. 1. The main rules conversion is being done by Charles Rice and is due back to me by the middle of May. After I receive them back I will be sending them to get edited and then to layout. After that I will put it a PDF format to sell at RPGNow.com. 2. The main thing we will be looking for right now is adventures for Haven: City of Violence D20. Basically what I am trying to do with Haven: COV D20 is become the basic city setting for Modern games like “Waterdeep” is for Forgotten Realms. With the original Haven: COV game we had planned to build our own story driving adventures series that would move the Haven: COV storyline along. We are still planning to do the same thing with original Haven: COV adventures and just convert those adventures over to Haven: COV D20. With that, we are also looking to have A LOT of adventures ready to play for the Haven: COV D20 when it is released and for months after that. So if you are interested in writing for us, think about what kind of adventures we would like to see and ask us about doing adventures for our storyline. 3. We are not planning on releasing the “Real Book” version of Haven: COV D20 until Oct. 2004, but we will be selling several only PDF product to assist the interest in Haven: COV D20. If you have any additional ideas for sourcebooks, or other things or concepts that you think we might be interested in doing in a small PDF format, please let us know. 4. We are planning to do several horror based Haven: COV D20 ideas like zombies and vampires modified to fit in the Haven: COV D20 world, but not right now. Right now we are looking to build the Haven: COV D20 ideas based on the ideas we are putting out in the core book. If you have any more question please feel free to contact me directly with your ideas and comment. Thank you for your time.
