What is LPJDesign and Haven?
I've noticed that there was an ad here comparing it to Series Archer and Buffy D20, as well as notations in the news here. But there is no D20 mark on it over at rpgnow.
Is it producing d20 material and neglecting the logo?
My fault. I get so much junk in my inbox, sometimes it's hard to tell what's d20 and what's not. I have no idea why people send me info on non-d20 stuff, though.

I'm pretty sure that it isn't D20, the folks that make it are pretty anti D20. (You can understand that it's pretty hilarious that it gets it's own news posting on a d20 site ;-)
Haven, City of Violence, predates D20 and is therefore not a D20 product. (It was started about 2 years before the D20 system was released, based on the constant flow of emails I received about it when I was regularly working on my CyberPunk web site).
The game system wasn't updated to D20 either, it's still their house system.
I don't mean to be... mean, or anything about the whole Haven issue, but I was one of the many people who got spam-like emails about it (and still do) 2 years ago. I've looked at the system and given it a shot a couple of times in actual play, and really it's not very good. It also hasn't improved much over the 2 years (unfortunately). So I take great offense when I see some of the scathing remarks on LPJr's website about how WotC is evil and d20 sucks. Not the right way for a company to win customers in my book.
Then again, what do I know? (that's rhetorical -- please don't answer )
I'm also one publisher (out of MANY) who got a spam email from LPJ asking if we were interested in doing a D20 conversion of Haven: City of Violence....
