[/sblock][sblock=Puppeteer]There are some tricky issues with your character.When you turn on ONLY your Shield or ONLY your Force field things are there are no problems when using dynamic trade-offs (Def 7/Tough 1 or Def -1/Tough 7).  However when both powers are active, Only one may be used at full force without breaking PL (Def 7/Tough 5 or Def 5/Tough 7).However, if you drop the Force Field to Force Field 4 and the Shield to Shield 6 you can use both powers without relying on any trade offs.[/sblock]</blockquote>
