It's ok, still fits to the general outline.So, the Spartans are:-An independent military force that some cities (like Olympia) use as their main law enforcement, and that some cities hire as merc law enforcers.-They are considered the most efficient military/law force on whole Mars.-They are considered inpartial to the general politics, only conserned with upkeeping law and order.-They seem to consider themselves a World Police, claiming jurisdiction across whole Mars. They do however acknowledge the sovereignty of each city and do ask permission whenever acting inside city limits. This permission is usually given since it means the governments can asks their help in return. And a Spartan Peacekeeper in a city is usually enough to drop crime rates by considerable amount.-All this might very well be a front for something else...</blockquote>
