Logically, Create ought to allow some manner of that if the object is solid and covers the body, but I'm missing it if it's there.Transform sounds okay, but since this is an alt of the Environment array, I'm limited in the points I can spend, and I don't think I can hobble it enough to get the ranks to freeze a whole person if I read the power right.  Let me know if the Create can work to cut off cries for help, then I'll decide one way or the other. It's looking like I'll probably just try to flash freeze and hope he's confused long enough (since he'll be unable to pinpoint a cause due to Subtle) to knock him out at this point.</blockquote>
