I don't know if this would really be a limit as only a high Notice or Special Senses are going to defeat this.Vampiric on Fatigue is fine but I am following the example of Energizing Healing and would not allow it to recover Fatigue caused by Extra Effort.Camo Clothing, the bonus would be either/or for what you have on currently and not a special Urban/Forest Camo Combo.As for Power Feats on linked powers I have seen evidence of Both in Steve Kenson's answers. You have enough PP in the slot to spare though so at this point it doesn't matter.You only bought 5 ranks of Dodge Focus not 6.Finally, the Power Loss that only effects 4 ranks of your Telekinesis. It doesn't really add up to a full drawback (even 1pp) I suggest we just leave this a Power Complication.</blockquote>
