Clouds of breath misted in front of them, and crystallized in the beards of the men. Clothes stiffened. Bad joints ached painfully. It was as if the depths of a desert night had suddenly settled down in their midst...</p><p></p><p>[ooc]Okay, hoping this works the way I think it does. Brian's Evironmental control (cold) allows him to create an area of extreme cold (fort saving throw to avoid temp Con damage) filling up to a 1000 foot radius. What I want to do is create it moving forward of our position and taking in as much of the crowd as he can without engulfing our people in the opposite direction. I'm not trying to selectively eliminate individuals so much as define the outer edge, so I don't *think* I need the selective feat.</p><p></p><p>DC 20 Notice check for anyone to be able to tell Brian's causing it (Subtle feat)[/ooc]</p></blockquote><p></p>
