Ethy set a black powder in a small vial, and then flushed water through it, which flowed down an elaborate system of tubes into a large glass vessel, capped the top with her palm and began to breathe through a pipe from the larger vessel, bubbling the liquid in the large vessel. After a few seconds, intense aromas came from the tea device. Ethy calmly drank the tea, closing her eyes with each sip. She dreamily took her time drinking the tea. Panda nudged Bijou to look at Katual, who was sucked up in watching Ethy. The little Hsien quipped "Look. Balcunian love." Katual asked Ethy for a sip, and the two shared the glass of tea, which smelt far stronger than any other Balcunian tea that Bijou and Panda had smelled before. Ethy and Katual concluded the glass vessel of tea, and then proceeded to flirt with illusions. Panda couldn't help but notice that these were some extraordinarily long-lived spells... The Balcunians to the west have always been famous for their fascination with tea. Being a nation of decadent wizards, they have long since blended the two traditions.
