Many warriors complained of this unnatural combat, and many more found it difficult to fight what they could not strike. There came a select few that were able to develop special techniques and skills to combat this new enemy. With their favored weapons, Magekillers strode through many magical attacks without so much as a scratch, though occasionally the warring wizard was not left unhurt by their own spells, so good were their defenses. It is now not an uncommon occurence to find a warrior in the pits who has picked up at least a bit of the magekiller class to bolster their prowess.
