D&D 5E Magic Inniate and Ritual Caster, how many times can you take them (for different classes?)

Feats that let you take them more than once specify so (like how Elemental Adept does), so sadly you can only take each once (not even once per class).

While the correct answer is that you can take them once each, feel free to ask your DM whether they're willing to waive that restriction. Their word is the only one that matters here, and it's not like taking these feats more than once will make you more powerful than just pumping your main stat would.

Even if you could take Ritual Caster more than once, a player might be better served by taking 3 levels of warlock for Pact of the Tome/Book of Ancient Secrets. The Book invocation enables ritual casting for spells from any class assuming you can find them written down somewhere (spell scroll, spell book). They'd get the same ritual casting benefit from 3 levels of warlock as they would from however many levels it took to get 2 different Ritual Caster feats.
