Magic Item Set for Witch

I really like the concept of a magic item set for my "witch" PC (Ultimate Magus) but I am having serious writer's block coming up with any mechanics.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Here's what I have so far...

Hat/Robe/Boots/Cape/Book of Shadows (maybe in amulet form or something)

See in darkness
Mount spell with thematic trapping (with all the level enhancements as per the spell)

Set Abilities (3 pcs/4 pcs/5 pcs)

3 +2 Concentration, Spellcraft, UMD
4 +2 luck bonus to saves
5 Contact Outer Plane (5 questions; 1/day)

Thematically, I want iconic witch gear that allows me to supplement my Beguiler and Wizard abilities. I'm a Focused Conjurer as well.

The Witch's Hat would be Divination focused and provide the ability to see in normal or magical darkness (no darkvision, just standard) and the ability to cast See Invisibility 1/day.

The Witch's Boots would allow for casting a thematic Spectral Mount (broom, horse, griffon, etc) 1/day.

The Witch's Cape would be a transmuted murder of crows and could cast Prying Eyes (Spying Crows) 2/day with a minor buff to Spot.

The Witch's Robe I haven't figured out yet.

For set abilities, I was spitballing...

2 pieces Witch's Luck (luck bonus to saves)
3 pieces Steady Conjuration (take 10 on Concentration while casting Conjuration)
4 pieces Swarm options to standard Monster Summoning spells
 

Idea: Robe allows shapeshifting (in a wild shape fashion) into a classically "witchy" tiny creature: rat/bat/cat/raven/toad (/monstrous spider?) 1/day.
