Magic Item that Grants the Diehard Feat?

Does anyone know if there is a magic item that grants the Diehard feat? Or a similar ability to allow you to continue fighting while you are in the dying state?

Keep in mind that, optimisation wise, Diehard sucks past the first few levels. It's 100% less effective than a direct +10hp, and if you use it, you have a greater risk of being outright killed. It's more of a flavor type thing.

By itself I'd price it less than an amulet of Con +2, which is 4000gp.
