Magic Item Wish List for Assassin Level 10

One of my players Christer, plays a 10th Level Drow Assassin and I've asked him to compile a treasure/wish list of Magic Items, say ten items and anything up to level 18 (or so).

Christer's a little stumped, newish to 4e, so I thought I would ask for some input from you guys, and in the process direct Christer to the Enworld boards and the fantastically helpful people who hang out here.

So to reiterate Drow Assassin Level 10, magic items that may help his cause.

If you require further info then ask and I'll get Christer to sign up & in and answer.

my lvl 11 assassin has the following:
Goblin stompers-enc; shift 1 when missed in melee. a small escape tool
necklace of keys: daily escape from grabbed,property: bonus to thievery
Belt of the brawler: so my unarmed attacks are nearly as good as with my shadowblade

along with a ki focus +3, and some non-assassin specific items.

My goal was to build versatility and escape into the items....something assassins already have. I've not needed much else, assassin's already have some great utilities and such.

Assassin's have a weakness that you might want to address with items: squishy. Items that heal, grant resist, or somehow negate hits may make your assassin happier. I didn't take anything but potions in this regard.


Disclaimer: In general when choosing items i don't consider them unless they have a constant property or encounter power...i always forget daily items As such when looking for items for my assassin the pool was sort of shallow, and most of it didn't help me much.

Yes, I agree completely about the encounter power or constant property. I have a hard time keeping track on all the dailies too.

The necklace sounds cool, have to check that.

Worth adding as well, I have tried to increase my initiative as much as possible so I get the chance to act first. I do value this, specially since some fights are first to score a hit wins.

BTW - did you pick your name from the legendary rouge wizard Larin Karr perhaps? Just curious.
