Made by the queen of faerie out of woven moonbeams this cloak distorts the eye, and allows the wielder to bend space to his will.  The cloak was orginally woven for a legendary hero who traveled into hell to rescue the soul of his beloved.  The women inquestion was a faerie princess of course.</blockquote>
