D&D 5E Magic Items to boost spell attacks

I had a quick glance through the DMG guide and other than a few legendary items, i couldn't see any items that boosted a spell attack roll.

Is there any generic +1 Spell focus items or holy symbols? I don't think their inclusion would be any more game breaking than a magic weapon.

Rod of the pact keeper, staff of woodlands, talisman of pure good/ultimate evil, and robe of the archmagi also do this. Now the disgustingly broken part unlike magic weapons all of this stacks if you can can attune 3 of them they would all work together for every spell.

For instance Robe of the Archmagi can be worn by anyone with a single level in sorcerer, warlock, or wizard. Wand of the warmage actually works for any spellcaster (including paladins and druids for example) and goes to +3, and rod of the pact keeper works for anyone with a single level in warlock also going to +3.

I am not saying every warlock is going to get all three of those items at their highest rarity and use all three of their attunement slots on them, but it is pretty freaking silly that it would all work together if they did.

I think it is reasonable to assume very powerful wizards might eventually get both a Robe of Archmagi and one of the other items like a staff or wand in the same campaign and want to use both, for a combination of +5 and that is pretty broken.

Ah so it looks like there are specific items, but no generic +1/2/3 Holy Symbol/Focus as there is a generic +1/2/3 swords. Is this by design to avoid the stacking issue Paraxis mentions, or is there another reason?

But the fighter can have +3 plate and a +3 shield that stacks and combine it with +1 Defense and the duel feat for a +2 to +6 parry once per round and that is not broken? That's an AC of 27 and a max parry of AC 33.

The fact is that combos like these will always be possible shy of the developers writing a bunch of stacking rules and regs and putting those on all of the items. I think that the 3 item attunement limit combined with DM intelligence is the true limiting factor. A wizard can have a great bonus to hit, but who cares? Most of his "to hit" type of spells tend to be not that impressive anyway and if he focuses on offense, he's got a weakness somewhere else. Ditto for the defensive fighter. If a DM allows it, he'll eventually figure out his error.
