Magical Traps using personal-range spells

Is it possible, using the RAW, to create a magical trap using personal range spells; specifically, a touch trap which would trigger a dimension door. Would it affect anyone besides the person who created the trap?

I see no reason to say no, the chapter on traps in the dmg is a bit loose but nothing seems really forbidden.
