Hello Morrus, First of all, thanks for the interest. Now, let's get back to questions.

Game is intended for groups but I mean to make bots that can act based on general roles assigned to them with time. If we do good on Kickstarter, I will have more help, so this will be a feature from the start. I also made single player option a stretch goal on our campaign.
It has about 150 tilable textures, which help to build different types of terrains. And yes, it is a tile based system. You paint the tiles, attach textures by selecting multiple tiles, then if enviroment is indoors, it creates walls automatically based on wall texture you choose. You can check picture below.
Each player will need to install software. I intent to add simply addable visual effects like volume fog, particles etc. and they will not run smoothly on browsers.
Making a new game system or module is done inside the game. When it is finished, builders will have option to upload it to our servers. It will show up at our marketplace, which will be accessible from our website. The uploader will configure it as he/she sees fit and put it as publicly downloadable asset.
Of course, they will be able to offer their own ruleset. Not only that, I will make everything modular, so you will be able to choose a game, make modifications on top of it and save it as an add-on. It will not be saved as a whole game. Just modifications. This will allow multiple modifications to work together. For example, I want to play a game. I added main game and added two addons on top of it. For same name rules, whichever add-on is last, it will be active. Others will be overwritten. Here is an example video:
If we generate enough attention, it will be easier for us to get licensed official titles. That is really important to us. So, thanks for the attention.
