Making a spell pool

my character have a plan of making a spell pool mutch like the one arcane order have.

and at some point to make a order of arcane casters much like arcane order, since it dosent exsist in oure campain.

i plan on using a epic spell to make it.

i was thinking that i could use the transport seed, to connect to the pool and the shadow seed, to replicate the spells maby the reflect seed, to reflect the the spells back.
anny ideas of how to go about making this?

There is no description of how you make a spellpool. Best to work out something reasonable with your DM.

I might be wrong, but the spellpool's description implies its a very weak mythal effect to me ... so I'd suggest their creation were an early step towards the eventual Mythral spell and therefore downscaling from the 10th level Mythanthor's Create Mythal spell to something fitting your campaign would be fitting.

BTW Candlekeep has a good discussion on the mythal spell which might be inspiring.

thx alot i have been looking for annything i could find about the spell pool and in 2ed it was somthing called a spell crux, but no details :S
