Making Monsters

I have seen many programs to make characters like Heroforge, but what about custom monsters? Is there an easy website, program or something that you can plug in numbers and pop out a monster?

Never heard of such. Just writing down stats works for most folks. PCs have to be built accountionting for every ability and trick. Monsters less so as long as an appropriate CR is assigned.
