So the new bestiary for the Lands of the Diamond Throne is out. Does anyone have any opinions about it?

It looks cool, but 11$ is a little expensive for a pdf.

Yeah, $11 for 160 pages sure is a rip-off for an electric pdf. I mean, the book of Eldritch Migh 2 is $7 for 67 pages. Legacy of Dragons is cheaper, price per page. In addition, you get a free PDF with it as well.

What a deal; I'm going to buy it.

I got it. I'm happy with it AND my free copy of PG: Fighters and Barbarians. Great deal for measly 11 dollars.

Great book and well worth purchasing (I say that not having taken advantage of the free PG either; I much prefer dealing with RPGNow). It's the best AU book so far IMO.

I like it a lot. I received it yesterday, and I'm slowly working through all the monsters and characters. Lots of potential for excellent adventures, especially because monsters society, one encounter, and sometimes a lair map is included. Also included are several new magical items, alchemical items, and a whole new magical sub-system for making fetishes.

Of course, I'm a little biased, because I contributed to the book. I wrote Vo-Tarran, the giant paragon unfettered, the last one in the characters chapter.
