1) What's happened to the Book of Eldrich Might I patch files?

2) Why does the new Varient Sorcerer know a 3rd level spell before he can cast it, what use is that?

3) The feats Lace Spell: Spellripper [Eldritch], Lace Spell: Unravel [Eldritch] and the Prestige classes Eldritch Warrior & Song Mage all require the Feat Magical Talent form the 1st Book of Eldrich Magic only the Feat "Magical Talent" doesn't appear in this book (at least the PDF version) or in the Errata on your website.

You may want to check MC's message boards- some of these are addressed.

From what I understand:

2) It is a misprint- consider all "1's" on that list as a "-"

3) It exists in the print version of BOEM1 and is located on his website somewhere.

It is basically one of the skill feats- +2 Knowledge(arcana) and Spellcraft, iirc.
