All the fompetent Imperials sodden off to join the First Order. So there's a shadow council the Imperial remnants are essentially the Imperial Rembant and Thrawn should probably be off forming the First Order. So if there's Imperial forces out there loyal to Thrawn why bother with Mandalore or whatever. Are they gonna repeat imperial remnants and left overs hiding out twice over? Why woukd they be trying yo work for Palpatine if he's already made his decision. The clone thing he's already cracked that and Snoke is already alive.  RoS vibes?</blockquote>
