This means the party will be adventuring and gaining levels for 90 days while the bastion is under construction in preparation for level 9. Based on my experience in 2014 and the leveling so far in 2024, the party will likely be at or near level 9 by the time their bastion is ready after those 90 days. If the PC decides to upgrade a Roomy facility to Vast, this is another 75 days of construction. While there's more time between the next two special facilities, it looks like the bastion is going to be under construction more or less from the moment of inception to the PC's retirement (again, this is completely ignoring the PC wanting more basic facilities).</blockquote>
