These druids use the most celebrated days of the year to work magic upon the world’s vast regions for the better of all—after sharing a special meal. Others carry a presence that speaks of crowns and banners, even if they’ve never seen a throne. Nobility is more than blood—it’s conviction, the certainty that one’s path will be remembered. Whether by birth, claim, or sheer will, such figures shape the world around them. What does it mean to walk as though born to rule? Will you raise a house to greatness, uphold a fading name, or become a legend half-remembered? By Ilan Lichten.</p><p></p><p><strong>Tools of the Trade: Magical Mysteries </strong></p><p>Not all magic items have the same utility, and certainly not to all adventurers. This new series of articles presents specialized magical tools to support specific classes (though generally adventurers of any class can wield them.) In this issue we focus on items for the bard, druid, and sorcerer classes. The following exploration challenges provide tools to challenge parties who find themselves searching for underwater cities or seeking out the lair of an aboleth in the crushing pressure of a deep sea trench.
