Of course, they aren't going to help you out of the kindness of their hearts, if you seek their help it's a given they'll want something in return.2) Flynn's. The docks doesn't lack for disreputable taverns and Brelach knows a guy that owes him a favour. That said they are public places, and known to the watch. Too much noise will attract the wrong kind of attention. 3) Find an abandoned back alley in the bad part of town and beat on them till they spill the beans.
