I bought the PDF as part of the GM's Day special and now I'm thinking it would nice to have the Hardcover available at Lulu.

I'd like to know what people think about it before taking the plunge.

Unless Lulu has changed their policy, technically you're not allowed to do what you're suggesting. I remember coming across an argument about it a while back.

When you reach the point of uploading a file, you're explicitly told:
Lulu said:
You own or are authorized to sell and distribute the content you upload
It also contains a link to their policy. You can read it here:
Member Agreement - Lulu.com

I personally don'tcare to get into the debate, just letting you know that last I knew, what you're suggesting violates Lulu's policy.

Doesn't mean folks don't do it, just something to be aware of.

Books in general from Lulu seem to be ok. I've purchased a few before and haven't had problems. Like any publishing place, there have been folks that had problems.

I don't think he was suggesting uploading his legally bought PDF. I think he was talking about buying what is already up at Lulu and was asking what we thought about the quality of books Lulu delivers. Adamant is already selling the full product through Lulu MARS: The Roleplaying Game of Planetary Romance (hardcover) by Lizard (Book) in Games

Desert Hare, if you are asking what I think you are (Is Lulu's printing of hardcovers okay?), then my answer is yes, definitely. I have read about other people having issues with the printed books they received from Lulu, but the books I've bought have all come out clear and clean. In fact, there is literally no difference in quality between the books I have from Lulu and the books I have from "regular" printers (unless you count the PHB I got from Wizards last summer, in which case I'll even go so far as to say Lulu has in fact been "better" than regular printing).

Yeah, I don't want to get in dutch with the law, so I'm not looking at uploading my pdf to Lulu, but to buy the hardback that's already there.

What kind of answers are you seeking from others?
I'm looking to get answers on the print quality of those that have specifically bought this product from Lulu.
