These are called control zones and affect an area around a ranged attack.2) I also added an extra immediate action to the Harrier's class abilities, which help him to react to changes on the battle field outside his turn.3) I dropped some of the weapon talents in favor of cover and movement-based class features, which could help the Harrier feel like a true skirmisher.</blockquote>
