So, to try to organize things a bit - as I said there are four gamable spaces indoors (counting the xbox/Gamers room, so that may compete for time) plus outside if its nice. (mmmm.... Kahuna Burger GMs while floating like whale in kiddie pool....) And there are 7 rough gaming slots, 3 saterday and 4 sunday. So, folks who want to run games should indicate which time slots and how many people their game will accomadate. I will be leaving at least one spot open in each of my games for last minute additions, and won't be allowing character dibs before hand (all my games have pregenned characters.) After thinking about it, I've decided to run one game in every major system I have (counting all d20 as one system). I'm going to run four games in four slots (2, 3, 6 and 7 since I will have BBQ or hosting duties during the others) and the games and systems will be : Missing Masters (D&D 3ed) 5-6 players, A Discworld Whodunnit (GURPS) 4-5 players, Bug Hunt with Soundtrack by Merle Travis (HERO) 5-6 players and The End of the World Timeshare (Fudge) 4-5 players. I'll hold off on which game goes in which slot until the end of today in case anyone who's going to be there just one day has a desperate desire to play in one of them. Even if you aren't sure which games you will be running yet, folks who know how many games they would want to run and when should start filling in the slots so we can have something resembling a real schedule.
