It says in the PHB that Max Dex Bonus doesn't affect other special abilities/skills/etc. but would your touch attack AC be included in that? I've been giving full dex bonus on touch attacks up till now but thinking about it even though armor is ignored during a touch attack the weight of wearing it would still hinder your body inside the armor from moving out of the way wouldn't it? I'm on the fence here about it. Does anyone know for certain?</blockquote>
