Maximizing Leadership- Followers

Ah, see this is where edition comes into play. Totally forgot that 3E requires XP. [notranslate]Pathfinder[/notranslate] just costs money so you could fork over some gold and this would work.

See, this is what I get for never playing [notranslate]Pathfinder[/notranslate]. I need to find some people around my town who'd be familiar enough to teach me.

an erudite could make use of various followers both psionic and arcane to grab level 1 and 2 spells and powers. likewise, and erudite follower can gather them for you. then you can use a psionic artificer follower to transfer them all into powerstones and/or tattoos as appropriate.

Oh... I like that. Use the knowledge your followers have to learn spells & powers from.
Additionally, have those Followers go out and collect spells for you.
