(PHB p287) Now, because you're substituting the basic attack in the charge, the power would be your "basic attack" as it was the attack you did at the end of the charge and counts as the charge's melee basic attack, so you'd get the +1 bonus. Or at least, I'm 97% sure.</blockquote>
