[QUOTE="Dannyalcatraz, post: 5685899, member: 19675"] All you need to do is take the appropriate MC feat. The Druid's is in PHB2, the Psion's is in PHB3. The Psion MC feat gives a skill (I chose Dungeoneering) & access to an Augmentable At-Will which will be usable ONLY as a non-Augmentable Encounter power (I chose Static Mote from PP). That power gave me a little Control: it's an AoE that slows & damages foes. Good minion-sweeper and helps set up kills for me and other PCs. I think I have used it in nearly every encounter so far. I went Psion for the Dungeoneering skill- RP reasons- but Static Mote and the Shaper Summonings are very much in keeping with the PCs "Far Realms" theme. For a Warlock, Psion Summonings could be characterized as echoes of hellish beings, shadows of Fey/Ur creatures, etc., based on your Pact. My guy will be taking things like Phantasmal Killer...at 11th level or so, and 2 other "Mote" powers a bit later. That's more a function of what I want to do with the PC than a lack of options- Shapers have Summonings available at all levels. But the thing is, you can find that kind of thing with ANY summoning class that uses a stat that is either key to your pact's powers or is significant for your rider effects. Even without stat synergy, you can have fun. Shamen rely on Wis, which isn't the most important stat for Warlocks, but they have LOTS of summoned creature options- more than the Shaper Psion.
